      hi i am having trouble figuring out how to save a file to an stl file and not a scdoc file so i slice it using cura slicer thanks

      Hello Jonathan Brown 

      You can use the 'Save as' option, in Ansys SpaceClaim and set the format to .stl to save a file in STL format.

        Subashni when i try to save as it doesnt give me the option to save as any other file than scdoc

      Hello Jonathan Brown

      Can you please run "Product & CAD configuration 2022 R2" from Start Menu > Ansys 2022 R2, with "Run as Admin"?

      Please make sure to have "Geometry interfaces" checked and make sure to allow "Automatic CAD configuration" while running it.

      Let me know if that resolves the issue.
