SubscriberHello Syed Saif Ali You can use this option to get the Optimized model.Save this as .scdoc etc. What issue are you facing exactly? Do you want tos save just the optimized shape without the original geometry? There isn't an option to export a single geometry right now, this feature is to be added in subsequent release, for now the workaround would be to import all the components and removing the ones that are not needed. Regards.

SubscriberI don't think we can directly import to .scdoc, there isn't a option.
Sometime it doesn't save the faceted body, is there a bug in Discovery?

SubscriberHello Syed Saif Ali
You are right, scdoc can not be exported, and when you export to step etc, the faceted geometry does not get exported sometimes. Sorry for the confusion. You can import the dsco file directly into SpaceClaim, it loses the simulation data, so make sure to make a duplicate and then open that dsco file into SpaceClaim. Although even with this, the original geometry will be present, which you might have to delete, if you need just the faceted body.
Sometime it doesn't save the faceted body, is there a bug in Discovery?
We do see that sometimes non native formats do lose facet data, I have filed a bug ticket (560332) for it.
Regards.
