File>Export is a good start, or are you wanting a monitor point? The latter is covered in some of the tutorials.Â

I want every second of data from my cfd file. How do we do that. Please elaborate me steps.

What data do you want? All of it? Or point/surface/volume average with time, profiles, xy plots....? "I want data" isn't going to get an overly useful answer. Also, do you mean every second as in once per second or as in ALL data with time?
