Ansys Employee原因可能有几个,最主要的可能是热源并没有加上。你看看你设置的脉冲,为什么第二点时间是零啊?时序不对,可能只是生成网格就结束仿真了。你再琢磨一下。下面例子供你参考:

热源加上后再有问题,原因可能是室温边界条件或者空气部分太接近热源了。这么小的体积热功率可能全部耗散在边界上了,你看看边界上的功率流。https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034398274-Power-flow-monitor-Simulation-object
此时建议在室温边界上添加热阻抗或者增加仿真体积。
