Rubber penetrates through wires

Hello everyone. I am modeling a set of wires clamped between two rings on both sides, a rubber layer below and above the wire, a total of 4 layers of wires.

The wire is modeled with beam elements to speed up the calculation. I apply a pressure of 7 MPa to the inner rubber cylinder. The rubber fills the space in the pipe and a plug is formed. After applying pressure and restoring kinetic energy, I apply a second pressure of 10 MPa to the outer rubber layer to check the tightness of the resulting plug.

One of the clamps can move along its axis when pressing the pressure on the walls.

At first, everything goes well, but at some point the rubber begins to penetrate through the wires, and at the second pressure it is strongly deformed.
I adjusted the contact rigidity, but this did not help. Please tell me other ways to stop the rubber from penetrating the wires?

      Hi Javat,

Consider using *CONTACT_TIED_SHELL_EDGE_TO_SURFACE_BEAM_OFFSET. Create null shells for the solid rubber part with neglible thickness, and if penetration occurs, try increasing the contact stiffness.

      Best,

      Vijay

sir I tried it and it didn't help me.
tell me all the life hacks and methods that you know? I'll try them all!
I've already used all my ideas(((
