      Can you post the contents of the RSM Job Report as we are not permitted to open files.
      Many Thanks!

      I get an error saying character too long when I try and paste the entire RSM job report.
      Anyhow, pasting few of the lines:

      Current Directory: /net/hpc.staas.its.csulb.edu/research/COE/CEERS/Komal/rsmstaging/aifib4en.jcd (10/25/2021 3:45:27 PM)

      Then the message keeps continuing with "Inquiring for files by Tag: [progess] No files transferred." Until it hits the walltime specifies or I manually cancel the job.

      Found
      AWP_ROOT201=/ansys_inc/v201
      Check If /ansys_inc/v201 is available from all compute nodes. AWP_ROOT201 should be set to a global shared directory which is available for all compute nodes.

      Yes, I have set AWP_ROOT201=/ansys_inc/v201 globally on all nodes.

      I had to reinstall Ansys 2020R1 on Linux server and now the error is gone.
