Hi,I am going to use Ansys fluent to simulate the compressor.
The components in compressor should be rotating.
And I notice that there are so many options like mesh motion, frame motion,MRF...can be used.
I am wondering the deffrence between these methods.
Hope someone discuss this with me.Thank you so much.

Hi,
You can check ansys theory guide: 2.3.1. The Multiple Reference Frame Model (ansys.com)
3.3. Sliding Mesh Theory (ansys.com)
Hope this helps you.

Hello SRP,I have read ansys theory guide.
Acutally,I have used mesh motion to that my model be rotated before.
But I didn't find the information of mesh motion in theory guide.
I am wondering which theory in theory guide is suit for explaining mesh motion.
Thank you.
