Revolve error

Hi! I am working on my title project. I am working with metal foams reinforced with hollow spheres. This script generates the mentioned test tube. At the time of running it, there are many operations that generate the error of the photo. I tried modifying the sketch where each operation was born and it didn't work. I also tried adding a piece of material and then cutting off the excess material, but it didn't work either. The objective is to have each sphere as a separate body from the matrix, in order to be able to choose different materials for each one of them. I would greatly appreciate your help!nn

Hello Array,nYou could try a simpler method. Create 1 single sphere using create> primitive and then use pattern to spatially distributed spheres in whichever way you like. Again use primitive to create a cylinder which encloses these spheres and select operation as add frozen. Next, use the subtract Boolean operation with cylinder as target geometry, spheres as tool geometry and set preserve tool bodies to yes. This way you will have each sphere and surrounding matrix as separate bodies.nRegards,nIshan.n

Hi, thanks for your response! The spheres are generated under non-constant patterns, in fact random, it is tried to assimilate as much as possible to reality and then make laboratory simulations. So far the only solution I have found is one by one to decrease the size a little and generate the cut and add material again. It is a matter of contact apparently, when there are two surfaces of spheres in contact is where there are problems, I have not been able to solve that other than reducing the size of one to avoid that area. Do you have any idea how I could fix that issue?.THX!nn
