Does result of Full Model and Half Model depend on meshing?

I did not get acuurate same result for this both model.Can any one help me?

Problem Statement:-

This is a coarse mesh and the two models give 88 and 89 MPa which are fairly close.

As you use smaller elements, especially near the high stress region, the stress values for the two models will get much closer.

I think the drop in equivalent stress happened because of reducing the element total size. However, the two values are close.
