I am trying to simulate the WPT coil in maxwell3D with eddy current solution type. But I am unable to see where the s-parameter data is. And from the Z-plot I found that there is no parasitic capacitance effects from the model are observed. Can any please help me out find the resonant frequency of flat spiral inductor. And is it possible to extract s-parameters from simplorer if I connect this inductor model to circuit elements.

Eddy current solver calculates inductances and resistances. You should look at the impedance (Z) plot to observe the inductive and capacitive effects, which can help you determine the resonant frequency. However, you will not be apble to simulate parasitic capacitance effects in your model. Please consider continuing your simulation in HFSS or Q3D.
