Unexpected error messages are reported in the license server log when I
reserve anshpc items, but the items appear to be getting reserved
anyway.  Is this a bug in the license server?

I have the following license data:

# 6. ANSYS Academic Research HPC Workgroup 128: 1 task(s) Lease expiring 08-Aug-2022
# 7. ANSYS Academic Research HPC Workgroup 256: 1 task(s) Lease expiring 08-Aug-2022

I am using the following options file:
GROUP NKEY user1 user2 etc
INCLUDEALL GROUP NKEY
RESERVE 25 ansys GROUP NKEY
RESERVE 4780 anshpc GROUP NKEY

The license server log repots:
 9:52:32 (ansyslmd) RESERVING 684 anshpc/0047 C39A 0129 391D  licenses for USER_GROUP NKEY
 9:52:32 (ansyslmd) RESERVATION of anshpc for USER_GROUP NKEY exceeds license count - ignored.
 9:52:32 (ansyslmd) RESERVING 4096 anshpc/0048 1DC0 8ADC 702D  licenses for USER_GROUP NKEY
 9:52:32 (ansyslmd) RESERVATION of anshpc for USER_GROUP NKEY exceeds license count - ignored.
 9:52:32 (ansyslmd) RESERVING 25 ansys/7D86C7B27746 licenses for USER_GROUP NKEY

But "lmstat -a" reports:
Users of anshpc:  (Total of 4780 licenses issued;  Total of 4780 licenses in use)

  "anshpc" v9999.9999, vendor: ansyslmd, expiry: 14-feb-2022
  floating license

    684 RESERVATIONs for GROUP NKEY (mooring.ecn.purdue.edu/1726)

    4096 RESERVATIONs for GROUP NKEY (mooring.ecn.purdue.edu/1726)

The lmstat output reports the items were reserved as expected, bu the license
server log says they were not reserved.  The lmstat output reports a
wrong expiration date for some licenses.

I am using the license server software that comes with 2021 R2:
(lmgrd) FlexNet Licensing (v11.17.2.0 build 272614 x64_lsb)
(ansyslmd) FlexNet Licensing version v11.17.2.0 build 272614 x64_lsb
