Representing parallel and angular misalignment in software environment.

I am trying to perform vibration analysis on a rotating shaft with parallel and angular misalignment. Misalignment produces 2X and higher harmonics and I want to show it in my simulation. How to represent these misalignments?

In this model the upper face represents thrust bearing and the lower one represents journal bearing.

      Hi,

The link you provided was for rotordynamic analysis but I was looking for frequency response analysis due to misalignment. Can you help me with that?
