SubscriberHello,
I have downloaded a design kit for FET from renesas website.I wanna do circuit simulation along with 3D.
How, can I import this design kit in HFSS.The folder contains all s parametrs, Spice models and pcb layouts.
Please suggest me the solution how can I do it.I have also attached the link for rensasa website.

Ansys EmployeeHello jaslam,
Assuming you are planning to use the Renesas component library inside Ansys Electronics Desktop 2024R2 , kindly do the following:
1. Download the Renesas component library from the link and unzip the contents.2. Kindly coppy the contents of the "Bitmap" folder and paste those into
\AnsysEM\v242\Win64\syslib\Bitmaps, for e.g. C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v242\Win64\syslib\Bitmaps 3. Kindly copy the other folder and paste it into
\AnsysEM\v242\Win64\syslib , for e.g. C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v242\Win64\syslib You should now be able to see the folder inside the "Component Libraries" under "System Libraries" in Ansys Electronic Desktop.

The process remains the same for older versions as well.
