I use the Ansys nCode 2025R2 to simulate a component fatigue damage.
The specific information is as follows:
As shown in the figure, this is a drive system of a test bench. The red arrow represents a fixed-direction force, which does not change direction with the rotation of the shaft, but the magnitude of the force varies from 600 kN to 1520 kN and back to 600 kN. During one complete rotation of the shaft, the force magnitude fluctuates three times. I have already created the fluctuating load spectrum in nCode. At the same time, I applied a unit load of 10 kN in 24 evenly divided directions over 360 degrees, resulting in 24 rst result files. What should I do next to correlate the 24 result files with the load spectrum in nCode?
