SubscriberHai,
Sorry for inconvenience.
I am trying to do a finite element analysis in a ship. For that i have modelled the ship in design modeller. Now i have to find out the pressure and motions of ship in wave. For that I am using ansys aqwa. and then importing the obtained result into ansys mechanical. For that i have imported the geometry to aqwa and generated mesh. If the same mesh can be use in ansys mechanical then it will be helpful.
Now i am getting an error while applying the hydrodynamic pressure from aqwa. So i want to check whether it is due to this probelm.
Can i import the mesh genrated in aqwa to ansys mechanical? I have tried to import the ".dat" file and ".aqdb.msh" file from database. But i couldn't import the file. Kindly help me to fix this.
Thanks in advance
