  我在仿真官网的热调谐波导：https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042833673-Thermally-tuned-waveguide-FDE 下载案例时打开是图1，我选择不备份之后能正常打开，运行代码能保存T文件，如图2。但是我自己按照案例建一个，再次运行代码，就提示错误，如图3所示，不知道是什么原因。
