Red Arrow failure

Hi All,

I'm having some trouble running my project on Ansys. I keep getting these red arrows by solutions despite the project previously working and working on a colleagues laptop. Please let me know if there is anything i can do to resolve this.

The red down arrow indicates failed background solution. Please refer to the following link: 2.4.1. Understanding the Tree Outline

Also check the following link regarding running a job in background versus foreground: Submitting Solutions

It is recommended to review the solution logs and diagnostics to understand why the background solution failed, and then take corrective actions such as modifying setup parameters or checking solver settings.
