I have just completed the "Basics of Fluid Dynamics" Ansys Associate Certification course, and I am confused on how to redeem the digital badge. I have a Credly account, but I see no way on the Ansys page to claim it. I had received access to the certification after Ansys had done a presentation at our university.

I have already sent an email to AnsysLearn@ansys.com about this issue, so I apologise if this is unnecessary. However, due to my certification "expiring" on the 9th of July, I feel that I should cover my bases for a response, just in case any actions need to be done before then.

Update: I recieved the badge through e-mail roughly two hours after finishing the certification. It was simply delayed.

Apologies for the unneeded support request, but I will leave the forum post up to inform anyone else who had similar concerns as me about this issue.
