I am collecting the reflection spectrum of this structure below. However, as changing frequencies from 0-1 a/c to 0.4-0.9 a/c, the results remained. This is really suspicious for the computation.

I agree that the results don’t appear to be correct. Here are a few debugging steps that might help:

1. Verify if you obtain the same results when using the built-in monitor visualizer within the Lumerical IDE.
2. Ensure your simulation setup aligns with the recommendations in the RCWA Product Reference Manual.
3. Begin by testing simpler structures with well-understood behavior, such as a planar interface or basic gratings. Check if you can reproduce results from RCWA solver application examples, like the Photonic Crystal Slab (RCWA) or Surface Relief Grating for Augmented Reality System.
