SubscriberHi , I am doing my final year research project based on CFD of shell and tube heat exchangers and I currently have a Dell G5515 with the specifications I have shown below in the images
. I believe the model will use around 1-5 million nodes done via ANSYS meshing , I would like to know if the below specifcations are sufficient to conduct a steady state heat transfer analysis with SIMPLE algorithm using turbulence models such as k - epsilon. On a side note i am also updating my RAM to 32 gb DDR4 to get the RAM up.Â
