Hello!

 

I'm conducting static analysis on plate

 

I inflict 5.88 MPA clamping pressure using other plate indirectly

 

I got equivalent stress distribution and I attached a picture, but, I have doubt about this result because of it's randomness.

 

Should I use this result? or, how can I decrease randomness of result?

One way to smooth the contact pressure distribution is to change the default normal stiffness. 

Change Normal Stiffness to Factor and use a value of 0.1 or 0.01 instead of the default value of 1.0 and change Update Stiffness to Every Iteration.

Another thing you can do is use a finer mesh in the contact region. This is easily done using a Contact Mesh Sizing control.
