Pulverized Coal Calculator: is this the high level of heat?

  Papers often give the low level heat of coal, and it seems that older versions give the low level heat as well.
  I'd like to be able to confirm that this HCV refers to the high level heat value yes? It is not the low level heat content in the papers and older versions is it?

  It's the higher calorific value, HCV, as indicated.
