After loading latest patch pull tool no longer works as previous. When pulling flat surface ghost image appears until length of pull is entered. Also when pulling sharp corner for radius I also get a ghost image until radius value is entered, and when picking multiple corners it does not work at all.

Are you referring to 2023R1 patch? Is this happening to all the files or a specific file? I will check this on my end, but can you please share the file with me, if it is happening with a specific case? Thanks.

We are running 2022R1, our IT department down loaded the patch. I was under the impression that there was one patch covering all software versions, and if this is not the case please advise so I may inform IT. I am attaching the file I was working on and as of this morning when I try to pull on the end face I get a ghost image until I enter a value for the pull, this was not the case previously. I drew a mock up of this block, just a simple square block with a slot, and that worked normally. I did not draw this design but it was transferred from another designer who was having the same ghost issue. We are both running the same software version 2022R1.

Ken Angstadt Are you using SpaceClaim? Can you please share the logs located at ~/Ansys Inc .

Install_licconfig.log 

Install.err (if it exists)

I have searched my entire hard drive for these files and have not been able to locate them. Install and Install_licconfig are there but they are text files not .log.
