October 27, 2025 at 5:44 pmjavat33489 SubscriberHello everyone. I'm solving an impact problem. A steel cylinder impacts a CNG plate.
When I calculate with MASSCALE D2TMS, everything works.
 If I remove the mass scale, I get an error:   871 t 9.9996E-02 dt 1.15E-04 write d3plot file       10/27/25 17:51:10

October 28, 2025 at 7:49 amErik Kostson Ansys Employee Hi As you use often large models and realistic geometries you have likely a commercial licence. It is also impossible to say what the above error is caused by with out looking at the model – please send the licence number or TECS nr, together with a NON export controlled model, via a support ticket (ACCS system), or if you are supported by a channel partner in your region, so we can help you with this issue. All the best Erik

 Thank youErik
