SubscriberHi,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with the ANSYS Student version on my computer. When I try to launch Workbench, I receive an error message stating that it “could not connect to a valid licensing server,” even though I’m using the standalone student version, which shouldn't require a network license.
I’ve already tried running ANSYS as administrator, checking the licensing diagnostics, and restarting the licence in "Service and Applications" in my Computer, but ANSYS file doesn't exist at computer management, and the issue persists. Could you please advise on how to resolve this or whether a reinstallation is necessary?
Best regards
