Problems with Ansys Student 2021 R2 License

  I have a problem opening Ansys Workbench (and other software like SpaceClaim) in the student version of the software.
  The version is 2021 R2. The message the software shows when it opens is this:

  Just as a test, if you shut your firewall down, does it then work?
  Also, check that Kaspersky doesnt add an additional layer of firewall. If it does, try shutting that down to see
  if it works.
