Problems in using Geometry and mesh in Workbench

  I am currently studying CFD using the ANSYS Fluent Student 2025R1 free version. While following tutorials on Youtube, I encountered issues when trying to run the software.
  1.When I attempt to open DesignModeler via Workbench -> Fluent -> Geometry, it fails to launch. (Instead, Discovery is okay to run)
  2.Additionally, when I try to access Meshing via Workbench -> Fluent -> Mesh, the meshing software does not run either.
  I would like to ask whether these features are not available in the free Student version, or if there might be another issue.
  The error codes I received are: 80004005, 800a000d, 800a138f
  I have tested this on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, and the same errors occur in both ANSYS 2025R1 and 2024R2 free student versions.
  Could you please let me know the possible cause of these issues?

  I tried it on both Windows 10 and 11, but the same error occurred.
  Could it be that this issue is not supported because I'm using the free version?
