problems facing during solution

  I m facing problem, when i solve the analysis, a message prompt "An unknown error is occurred during solution. Check the solver output on the solution information object for possible causes. Then further i checked my solution information, it shows GPU acceleration: NVIDIA library requested but not enabled. i do have 4 GB graphic card in my machine but not of NVIDIA. Does this software only support machine with NVIDIA graphic card. I do have many Softwares like Solidworks, Catia, AutoCad, Autodesk CFD ultimate, they works smoothly in my computer.
  
  All i Want to know, Can i run this software on AMD Radeon ? please let me know ASAP

  It looks like you have enabled GPU accelerator for solver. Software may run on this graphics without issue. But it just you cannot use this for solver parallel capabilities. I suggest uncheck the option for GPU accelerator in Solver setting.
