Problem with steady-state thermal in ANSYS mechanical

      Hello, 

      I am encountering a problem when trying to analyze the results of my solved problem in ANSYS Mechanical with version 2021 R2.

      When I try to create or visualize new results, the program immediately expulses me from ANSYS Mechanical returning to Workbench. I have uninstalled and installed the software again but am obtaining the same results. 

      Could you help me to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

      Are there any error messages appearing? Do you have this difficulty with all models, or is this a model-specific issue?
