im trying to simulate a microcantilever,my goal is to get maximum value of total deformation around 10 or 40 micrometer, however i ran to some problem, the modal analysis gave me this

any help for a way to fixing the maximum value of the total deformation would be greatly appriciated, Thank you in advance

It's also important to note that the deformation values obtained from a modal analysis are not scaled to any particular force level; they are normalized and typically used to understand the deformation patterns. If you are looking to obtain deformation values under specific loading conditions, you might need to perform a static structural analysis or a prestressed modal analysis where the effects of certain loads are considered.
