Ansys EmployeeHi Kawshik,
Thank you for reaching out to us, unfortunately it is not possible to attach files on this post. Have you gone through the notes int this article: STL import - Simulation object? Also, did you try importing you file with the command:Â stlimport - Script command?
Kind Regards,
Niki

SubscriberI've solved the problem but when I'm importing the solidworks STl file and started simulation i've faces some problems. The reflectance and transmittance curve isn't accurate. Very much disturbed curve which i found here. This picture didn't look like which i got from the fdtd if i draw the structure in fdtd.
I've attached the corresponding figure of reflectance and transmittance.Â

Ansys EmployeeHi Kawshik,
Thank you for your screenshots. I would expect the two different methods to have variations. These screenshots are the R and T in the case of STL import? Do you have the R and T in the case of creating the structure in the software? If yes, how much more accurate are these?
Kind Regards,
Niki
