Problem solving structural dynamic analyses after complete modal analysis.

I have a test fixture that I am trying to perform structural dynamic analysis on. I am using modal superposition to hopefully determine:
      1. Amplitude and Phase FRFs
      2. Response Spectrum (Shock Response Spectrum SRS)
      3. Random Vibration output response
      4. Transient Structural Dynamic Analysis
      5. Fatigue analysis (LS-DYNA)

I've done all of these analyses for a small specimen, but as soon as I tried to do these same analyses for my mechanical assembly I get this error across the board
Data file file.db has incorrect format, is missing READ/WRITE permission, or is empty for RESUME.

I think It might be a storage issue on my HPC. I only have a few gigs left.  Not 100% sure though

Note: I have already have a modal analysis solution.
      - Solid elements for CNCed parts
      - Shell elements for sheet metal parts.
      - Beam elements for bolts that hold everything together.
      - No nonlinear contact because of modal superposition.
      - We have no HPC for solving & must solve locally.

I am relatively sure that's a hard drive issue.    and on your HPC side, you gotta have way more spaces regardless.   The modal analysis or pre-stressed modal analysis all need to have a very large file written out for subsequent analysis.
