First in the Cyl. Coordinate Sys., rotate it so the Y (theta) direction is tangential to the cylinder and Z is in the axial.
Then take away the cylindrical support.
Finally set in the displacement using the cylindrical system: X=-5 mm, and Y =0 (this is in effect tangential) and Z=0 (axial direction).
That should work fine
