Subscriberi already update all my drivers with program driver booster 6 but i will check right now the Nvidia website

Forum ModeratorWhen you launch right-click on the WB icon and pick the Nvidia card via "Run with Graphics Processor" (Win7) and it's equivalent in Win10.Â

Ansys EmployeeTry creating a test user account with pure English letters like abc or xyz.
See if this makes any difference.
Your Path environment variable and the graphics might cause some issues too but let's try only the username thing first.
