Problem facing during simulation in charge.

      I'm simulating a perovskite solar cell with a nanospherical shape SiO2 AR. In FDTD the simulation works well, but in deice simulation using charge it shows error. Here, i've attached the simulated structure and charge error screenshot.

      Hi Kawshik,

      It seems to me that the meshing algorithm failed for some reason. Do you have SC, metals, and insulator in the simulation? Is there any chance you have a metal without any voltage applied to it?

        Here SiO2 is a insulating material. which i create here by a sphere. But when i put the sphere into the deep of the 1st layer not into the surface at that time the simulation starts running.

        And i applied voltage for the metals.
