I've tried to do electrical simulation of solar cell in charge module but facing some problem like convergence error.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you looked at this article: Troubleshooting convergence errors in CHARGE? If the issue still persists feel free to come back with details of your simulation. E.g. Objects list, Materials, Solver setting,a schematic of structure, anything you believe you are not sure about
