SubscriberHi,Â
I am currently trying to simuate 3D printing using Ansys WB.Â
after setup the model i getÂ
"the time to apply the heat is greater than the time to cool down the layer. this indicates a units problem or inconsistent input values. check your material properties, part size, mesh height, etc"Â
Knowing that the same setting worked previosly.Â
your hel is much apprecaited.Â
Thanks in advance. -

Ansys EmployeeIf you have a different model that is running successfully with 'same settings', perhaps compare the two ds.dat files from each simulation, and try to identify what is different between the two runs, in terms of material properties, loads and analysis settings.
