SubscriberHaving some problems with the pressure coefficient in Ansys Fluent for an airfoil I am modeling. The value of it seems to be too high. I am using the same airfoil surface as I did for the lift and drag coefficients that give values in the range that is expected. Any suggestions on what to look at to fix this?

Forum ModeratorHave a careful look in the Alphanumeric definitions in Fluent. I suspect that you've not adjusted the reference pressure, density, or area or similar. The Fluent result is likely correct for your settings (assuming convergence & mesh are good) but coefficients rely on constants that are often badly defined.

SubscriberThanks for the advice. I changed the pressure values in the Reference Values and inlet settings of my domain and got results that make much more sense.
