Predicted pressure drops through a perforated plate set up are about 8 times lower

      Hi,

I am trying to predict pressure drop through a series of perforated 1.5 mm thick plates. Fluent predicts pressure drops that are about 8 times lower than experimental results. I am computing average pressure on the inlet under reports. I have imparted velocity at the inlet and 0 outlet pressure at the outlet.

My meshes look good with 5 inflation layers. I have checked the dimensions, etc and all look good. Could you please suggest any steps to fix this. I have attached the images of the geometry and contours of velocity magnitude.
