Potential License Error

  Hello,
  I have downloaded the Ansys 2023 R2 Academic version.
  When I start Workbench I get the following error message :
  And when I try to start DesignModeler I get this error and I cannot use any of the fonctionnalities :
  Do you know how to solve this issue ?

  Check your firewall settings.
  As a test, try disabling it and start WB
  If that does not help, I would recommend to uninstall.
  Rename %APPDATA%\Ansys\v232 to v232.old
  Rename c:\Ansys Inc to Ansys_old
  Reinstall by right-clicking on setup.exe from download and choosing ->more->run as administrator
