Forum ModeratorThe Fluent solver has a reaction mechanism so will convert species based on the flow and chemistry that's set. If you're running a multiphase reaction scheme are the formation enthalpies appropriate for each phase? Ie have you accounted for phase change in the species enthalpy values?

Forum ModeratorWhy shouldn't you get 100% conversion? If residence time is sufficient and mixing is good there's no reason not to get full conversion.Â
