  So, i want to move around the circle I have selected using a parameter.
  Following the instructions, I am in the pull command and do -> |x-y| ruler -> the side edge -> create-parameter.

  nDon't use the Pull tool.nUse the Move tool. Try moving the face and compare that with selecting the edge. They will have different outcomes depending on what else is attached to that edge.n
