I already know how to set  porous media ，But I don't know how to set up heat exchange with porous media model in discoverylive ，If the temperature of porous media is 80 °, how to set it？

Hello neo 

No, we can not apply boundary conditions to interior region (as porous inlet and outlet are fluid interior regions and not walls).

You should be able to specify temperature on side walls of porous region though (as long as this is wall and not interface)

Also you can include these thermal effects in Porous medium shown in the attached image.
