Polyline trim/edit

  Hello.
  
  I am trying to plot the surface temperature of a fluid by generating a polyline in the contour plot. Does anyone know how to trim the unwanted region?
  
  Does anyone have any suggestion to go about this ?
  
  Any suggestion is appreciated.
