Point thermal transmittance (Chi) calculation

  I modelled part of a Façade with a potential thermal bridge in the form of steel cladding support system in a ventilated facade cavity.
  
  How can I deduce the point thermal transmittance (W/K), or calculate the difference in average thermal transmittance through the wall (U-value W/m2.K) for the given surface area of facade modelled from the results provided by ANSYS steady state thermal analysis?
  
  I imposed external and internal surface temperature with convection on the surface facing the cavity.
