PMI Product manufacturing information in SpaceClaim/Discovery modeling

Hello,

I wanted to ask the status of working with PMI data in SpaceClaim/Discovery modeling for Step files.

You are only able to work with PMI information with JT open documents, but with Step files this is not possible (currently using the 2024 R2 version). As you can see in the example below, exporting a Step file with protocol 242 enabled and importing it back in SpaceClaim/Discovery modeling will not retain this information (an emprty layer will be created though):

 

 

Can you inform us as to why this does not work for Step files?
