I was wondering if it is possible to do so on Polyflow Postprocessor?

Do we have a separate post-processor for Polyflow or you are talking about CFD-Post?

You can absolutely plot multiple curves on one chart in CFD-Post. You would have to create a new data series in the chart and then you can plot multiple curves. You can then choose a common X-axis or Y-axis for both the curves. See figure below to create a new data series:
