I downloaded the answer electronics R2 student version.

And even though I decompressed the setup box and ran the desktop version instead of the answers builder version, the twin builder still runs on the screen

 

I deleted all files related to ansys and only re-downloaded 8 times but I failed to download desktop please let me know what went wrong
