Placing note issue

When i try to add a note i'm not able to add the note, it only places the plane:

Can you check out this post and try the same once ?

Note and BOM are not created – SpaceClaim (ansys.com).

If it doesn’t work can you share which version are you using.

Hi,

 

Ive tried that already, thats also not an option cause they are using momentum.

Already deleted all files in %localappdata%\spaceclaim doesnt work

Also reset the usersettings doesnt work.

Can you please try hiding the Properties panel, either by making another tab active, or disabling in File>Options and let me know if that helps? We saw this problem previously so wanted to confirm:
