Particle input is intermittent

  I am doing a simulation of a salt spreader, information about the particles is depicted in the image below the comments. However, when Solver, the particle input is not continuous. How can the particle input be continuous without interrupting each group like that?

  I get the following message on the Simulation log screen:
  Issues found since last output!
